During my round trip (early April 23) in the South of France my bike computer broke down. Not being able to revive it the only option was to find a Trek bike shop. Pretty desperate about the continuation of the trip I came across 'Via Velo' close to Avignon. The warm welcome and professional approach felt really good and after proper analysis and testing the problem was quickly solved. This is the second time I have visited this store. The first time was for advice on the size of a bike that I had just purchased and the salespeople were extremely attentive and took the necessary time despite the rushing customers. Second time this day, for a derailleur adjustment and the installation of a chain; Quick pick-up, I left my bike late in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Very reasonable price, and a welcome and listening always at the top. I recommend this store 100%.

Very pleasant and attentive seller and mechanic. I have been cycling for at least 15 years. I know exactly what I want, and what I don't want. I spent the whole day in the store choosing my new e-bike, knowing that I haven't had a car for 2 years. So it’s MY everyday vehicle. The seller listened to my needs. He presented me with the whole range of possibilities, but without trying to force my hand so that I go beyond the balanced budget - practicality that I wanted to respect. He even lent me one for a few hours so I could try it out. He certainly made me proposals beyond the envisaged budget, if only to show me the technical developments since my last e-bike (purchased in 2007 - more than 20,000 km on the clock), but really helped me to make my choice objectively. All this while running around all day long to serve other customers at the same time. I left with my 3rd Khalkhoff, my favorite brand and perfectly within my budget, but I must admit that the Mustache - out of budget - really caught my eye! Hats off and thank you.
