I want to thank the staff at the Absolubike store in Le Touquet because they were very attentive. I initially ordered a size L bike, which wasn't available in the store. Unfortunately, they called me a few days later to say it was no longer available for delivery. They did everything they could to find me another model on the website, but when it arrived, the color and aesthetics weren't to my liking. They were understanding and very helpful. Together, we decided to choose a new model that was immediately available in the store to avoid any issues upon delivery, which suited me perfectly. Upon receiving each bike, there's a detailed explanation of all the technical aspects. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and, above all, available. I arrived at the store a few minutes after closing time, and the salesperson kindly waited for me because I had informed them of my delay. It's rare to find such kind people. Thank you to AbsoluBike Le Touquet. I highly recommend them.
