Thomas, who spoke perfect English, was so incredibly helpful when making our booking for 8 bikes. He went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request, deliver our bikes to our air bnb at the exact time of us arriving, which made things much easier for us, gave us recommendations in the area, which he drew on a map, extended our rental time free of charge and collected the bikes from two different locations as it was more amenable to us.
The bikes were great, super easy to handle and in excellent condition.
