I've been here about five times to rent eVTT mountain bikes. From what I've seen, this is by far the best experience I've had in the Alps for this type of rental.
The staff is always very friendly and knowledgable. They seem to have the time to chat and seem genuinely interested in all levels enjoying the sports they support. They have good working knowledge of the numbered and coloured trails and good local knowledge of closings or things to watch out for and are interested in sharing. At the workshop, the bike tech makes sure folks understand how the bikes work before they begin.
I'm always greeted with a smile at both the desk and the workshop. The bikes are always in top shape with no issues and good quality. They are willing to set you up with a helmet and gloves and even offered me a backpack this time.
This team is outstanding. I've tried other in La Clu and elsewhere, I'm going to keep coming back. Good value too.

Hired eMTBs with friends. After only 10kms of gentle riding the crank fell off my Moustache mid-ride. Thankfully I wasn't descending or I would've been seriously injured. Nothing more than an apology offered. Tyres worn, gear cable snapped on another bike. Avoid.
