Exploring Alsace by e-bike was a highlight of our two weeks in Europe! We were staying Kaysersberg and walked over to Alsa to rent bikes. They suggested a route, and set us up with an app to navigate. The bikes, navigation, and overall experience exceeded all expectations. The route led north through vineyards and five picturesque medieval towns. We explored charming Riquewihr and stopped for lunch in Ribeauvillé. On our return, we passed through fields with storks. It was such a fun and memorable day, even with some rain. I could not recommend Alsa more highly!

We had a great experience renting from the Kaysersberg office. We rented two e-bikes for a full day 45km bike ride through the wine route. Alex took care to provide us with everything we needed for the ride (helmet offered, bike lock, and panniers (saddle bags), and phone holder for navigation (at no additional cost). We were able to bring clothing, and water and anything else we needed for the day. Alex provided us with expert advice and instruction for securing the bikes while we explored towns, ate, etc.
We had perfect weather, and the trip was a highlight of our visit to the region. The service was friendly, and helpful. They gave me the confidence to know that we would have more than enough battery power to take us through the day (Alex was right, we returned the bikes with more than 40% of the battery to spare.) The route that we took was amazing, mostly on narrow track paths used by the vineyards, and also on dedicated walking and biking paths.
I completely recommend Alsa for their great service and communication. I contacted them prior to our visit to the region, then reserved the bike online, and was able to get quick replies to my emails. I also thought that the cost was reasonable for the quality of the bikes and battery.
Thanks to Alsa for helping us and making us smile and taking good care of us.

We arrived one hour earlier than our booking time. Owner accommodate our request to suit our bus schedule. Alex explained all the details about how to use the e-bike to make sure all safe issues patiently. Strongly recommend to use this bike company if you are in the area. It’s an Unforgetable vineyards biking experiences in my life time.

Excellent & friendly service. Took the time to explain the bikes to us and ensure we had everything we needed. We hired e bikes which were in good condition and handled all the routes around the towns and through the vineyards
Thank you we had a great few days out with them.

Excellent experience renting an e-bike from here. They spoke excellent English, very friendly and had good advise about which route to take given my limited time and the bike itself was well maintained. The route was lovely, cycling through the vineyards and quaint little towns. A must do in Kaysersberg in my opinion. I was lucky to get a bike at the last minute (thanks to a cancellation), I would book ahead.
