Friends of cleanliness, run away! We stopped at the bar-tabac hotel because it was recommended for the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage, but we left! The shared bathrooms are filthy (mold, dirty floors, broken showers, dirty toilets, no toilet paper, etc.), and the rooms smell bad (stale, stale tobacco, etc.). Only the bedding and towels provided were clean. It's simple: my companions and I decided to reach Reims (18 km) while we were sick instead of staying an extra night as planned. It's dirty, unsanitary, and less comfortable than accommodation for pilgrims. Follow the GR and don't go there or find an alternative.
To the owners of this hellhole, hire people who know how to clean and allocate a little budget to repairing, at least a little, what you charge your customers for.

Good morning, sir. Following my visit to your establishment, I am writing to you to exercise my right to give my opinion. You pressure customers to spend more and you are bordering on being violent with your patrons. To explain the problem so everyone understands: my colleague bought a pack of cigarettes, a fruit juice, and a diabolo (a type of soft drink). Then, I came and ordered the same thing without cigarettes. You force your customers to use contactless payment for orders over €10 (even though contactless payment is only available for orders over €1). I only had my card and no cash. You asked me to find a solution and then had the nerve to tell me you were in a bad mood. Let me tell you something, sir: your mood is of little importance to me. However, pushing customers to spend as you do is petty, and your ethics are on par with your establishment—in other words, extremely poor. I absolutely do not recommend your establishment. You're the local bar owner, and you run your business like this… A little courtesy and education wouldn't hurt. If I may offer some advice, avoid speaking to the people who feed you the way you do. I hope you'll take my comment to heart.

Definitely the most awful place I've ever been! The woman was horribly arrogant and incompetent! It's unbelievable to see behavior like this in 2019! I've never given my opinion before, but I had to this time to warn as many people as possible not to set foot in this establishment!
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
