We walked in a required bikes for the day for family, very fast and efficient service with some good jokes. We gave the bikes back without issues. All was very fast. Super service and quality of bikes. 👍

I love this place. So nice and helpful. I came from US and wanted to ride in the Pyrenees. They outfitted me perfectly to a road bike that was very similar to my bike at home. Even the pedals were perfect since I don't like wearing clips. They put on exact Shimano hybrid pedals I have. Also picked up a Euskadi jersey. Can't wait to wear it back home in Kansas City. My biking friends will be jealous ❤️. Merci beaucoup! Au Revoir until next time!

Very personal and helpful service including offering reasonable terms when we swapped to electric bikes to undertake longer journeys. The staff were keen to make sure we were happy and comfortable before we left the shop.

My husband and I just finished bicycling the Camino del Norte. We celebrated with an extended trip to St. Jean de Luz and because we didn’t get enough cycling on the Camino (ha ha) we rented bikes for two days to explore the surrounding areas via our favorite mode of transport. We rented a gravel bike and a fitness bike, both were in excellent condition and came with a small tool kit just in case. The owner showed us routes on his website which was very helpful. Merci‼️
