• Size M for a user weight of 50 to 120 kg (including backpack) and a shoe size of 39 to 47.

Recommendations for shoes (not provided)

To best utilize the device, you should use soft shoes. These bindings are not designed to be used with rigid shoes or plastic shells (like mountaineering shoes...). You should opt for shoes that are sufficiently rigid at the ankles (for optimal ski control downhill), but soft enough at the sole.
