Size selection

• Size S for a user weight of 30 to 80 kg (including backpack) and shoe sizes from 37 to 44.
• Size M for a user weight of 50 to 120 kg (including backpack) and shoe sizes from 39 to 47.
• Size L for a user weight of 70 to 140 kg (including backpack) and shoe sizes from 44 to 52.
  

Recommended shoes (not included)

To use the device effectively, you should wear soft shoes. These bindings are not designed for use with rigid shoes or plastic shells (such as mountaineering boots...). You should opt for shoes that are sufficiently rigid around the ankles (for optimal control of skis when descending), but soft enough in the sole.
