I rented ski gear from these guys for a week. We bought the premium offering. Service has been the best I’ve experienced on a resort (this being my 6th location). Staff are always happy to see you and are very knowledgable and helpful. You can also change your rented gear as needed if it doesn’t suit/fit which is a lifesaver! A special shout out to Frank and Mael for their help and guidance throughout the week. You’ve made the trip that much more enjoyable. It’s been a pleasure!

Avoriaz Sports provided outstanding customer service to our group of ten while on a ski and snowboard vacation. We rented equipment for the week and the Avoriaz Sports staff provided a specific spot for our shoes when we arrived each day plus had our ski / snowboard equipment available so we could hit the slopes as soon as we were ready.
