Super super service by Janice and Will! We had issues reserving bikes online, Janice helped us out by phone. The next day they received us with a smile and prompt fast service. Great bikes and even gave us some cues on where to ride and what to see. They are working out of a temporary location as their usual building burned down, but that has not dampened their spirits! We rented there for 2 days and we have nothing but positive feedback for all their service and equipment! 5 stars!

A great shop with amazing staff. Had a popped tubeless tyre which needed replacing before i left for Italy. Turned up at 10am no appointment and all replaced in less than an hour. Thankfully English understood as i had no idea how to ask for this repair. 10/10. Thank you.

Thanks for the three bikes. Everything was as promised. Great bikes and in great condition. Will was extremely attentive to setting them up. Everything from pickup to drop off went well. No messing about. Many thanks, highly recommended.

Needed some last minute, Saturday evening assistance with my disc brakes. Super accommodating and did not hesitate to assist. Lovely couple. Do recommend.

Really friendly and helpful guy, who I think is the owner. However, their ski hire kit is in serious need of modernising. Their ski boots were really old and they seemed very limited in sizes when we had an issue with the fit of one pair.
