My wife and I rented a pair of e-bikes from La Bourgogne a Velo for our stay in Chalon sur Saone. The service we received from the proprietor Ludovic was fantastic, he delivered the bikes to the place we were staying at and when there was an issue with one bike, my own fault for giving better instructions Ludovic immediately replaced the bike without complaint. The bikes we rented were in extremely good condition and very well maintained and made our stay in Chalon and our cycling trips out of town a pleasure.
