I had arrived from Australia and my bike was damaged in transit. They found the part I needed, and went to a good deal of effort of make sure it was fitted and the bike was humming again!

Really great bike shop! The team is super friendly and knowledgeable, both in the store and in the workshop. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave honest, helpful advice. The mechanics clearly know what they’re doing — my bike feels like new. You can tell they care about doing a good job. I definitely recommend this place!

Had an issue with my tubeless wheels/Tyres getting pressure back into the front after flight… unfortunately a holiday in Geneva for the bike shops I tried so made short bus trip into France to this shop in Ferney… they were top class and well worth the visit, fixed my front wheel valve core which needed replaced and inflated both tyres to pressure. A ride saver and great shop if you’re in town… also purchased some energy bars/gels to try

My bike saddle was much too low. I could barely ride. Luckily, the people at the bike shop fixed it for me. They were friendly and helpful and didn't charge anything. Thanks again!
