One star because it's impossible to give zero. A true aberration in terms of customer relations from a multinational like BP. Despite the fact that many service stations are bordering on unsanitary with rather unfriendly or even rude managers, BP France unilaterally and without any warning resets your "My BP Card" account to zero! This is all the more scandalous and totally unacceptable since no rule—to our knowledge—stipulates that the lifespan of points is limited; only accumulated discount vouchers are valid for six months. In our case, 1,715 points were literally wiped from our account! Ultimately, a completely scandalous business practice... Boycott them without hesitation!

Hello,
I just left the BP Saint-Léger Ouest service station.
The toilets are in a disgusting state. The accessible toilet (which I am) is blocked off, and a garbage bag prevents the use of the sink.
Inside the toilet, there are liquids, toilet paper on the floor, etc.
When I spoke to the manager, she couldn't find a complaint book. This is a disgrace for a company like yours.

Good evening,
While waiting my turn at the BP gas station in Ermont, I witnessed the manager's appalling behavior.
We had been waiting for a while when she tried to cut in line at the front of everyone, letting a RETIRED doctor go ahead of everyone else.
When a nurse noticed, she protested vehemently, asking if she was taking a bribe. In response, the manager closed the station and declared, in a chilling tone and with absolutely no respect for this PRACTICED NURSE, that she shouldn't bother coming back and that she would refuse to serve her. This is a deplorable attitude. I only came very rarely, and she won't be seeing me again. And she'll be giving her some publicity, which I don't think she wants.
Furthermore, refusing to serve a customer is illegal!

British Petroleum's policy is simply appalling. They've decided to close the auto repair shop at the Bougival service station, which has been there for years. Many locals were very happy with this small neighborhood garage. And, with a modicum of common courtesy, when you're happy to have a dedicated and responsive mechanic, you buy your fuel from him—even though it's overpriced—and not from the "low-cost" station down the road. So, in short, BP is projecting a bad image by eliminating such a service and will lose many customers. Such a stupid decision could only come from high-ranking bureaucrats with absolutely no common sense.

Good morning, this morning I encountered a receptionist who refused to serve me because I had 6 brown coins and 10 euros.
The station in question is in Sevran, EURL Vase BP.
Address: 29 Avenue du Général Leclerc, Sevran.
He's really not serious at all.
Tell me how you're recruiting. You need to review your recruitment from the ground up. It's unacceptable.
Punishing because one day it will be the customers who punish me. It's not normal to receive racist comments from a receptionist who doesn't even respect customers.
Anyway, I usually don't send messages, but this is too much.
