I like surf and skate shops so expect some bias. I cruised in here just after Christmas and bought 3 really good childrens wetsuits for the cold water. And one bodyboard. All in all it was 400 euro. My boys (6,9,11) swam for over an hour in December with the suits. The owner is French but spoke some English. Very friendly. Cool T-shirts, good selection of skateboards. Nice part of town. Would easy go there again.
