I would have loved to experience their passion and leave loaded down with gear, but I left as quickly as I arrived. I went back to that store on Saturday, overflowing with equipment (my eyes were shining), but I didn't get a glance or even a response to my "Hello" from the two salespeople. After five minutes of indifference, I left. I had ordered a Sony FE 24mm f/1.4 lens for my A7C and a DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo drone online. I didn't get a greeting, but I did get a price. I'm giving two stars for the selection of equipment.

I came home with my head full of dreams and expectations of the salespeople. As a beginner, I went into this store thinking I'd leave with a better understanding and a clear idea of what I needed. Instead, I left feeling incredibly frustrated. After asking the salesperson for advice, he briefly explained the different camera body ranges available without actually telling me what they were or whether they met my needs. He only mentioned one camera body without suggesting any similar ones. I expected him to also talk about lenses and zoom lenses, which he didn't. I also thought I'd be able to see the camera settings and how to handle them, but apparently, I wasn't given that opportunity. I'm extremely frustrated and therefore feel compelled to seek advice from other professionals who I hope will be more receptive.
