Matthieu was most helpful when we hired bikes while staying in La Grande Métairie. In addition to providing suitable bikes etc, he marked our map and gave guidelines for very enjoyable rides.

Matthieu was most helpful when we hired bikes while staying in La Grande Métairie. In addition to providing suitable bikes etc, he marked our map and gave guidelines for very enjoyable rides.

Booking on the website went very smoothly and was easy to use. I reserved a city bike and a 24-inch mountain bike. The city bike was fine, and it even came with a lock, which was a nice touch. However, the mountain bike's grips weren't properly aligned, and the rear tire was completely bald! They could do better.

Bikes without brakes (which caused me a nasty fall and unexpected medical expenses!), no possibility of changing bikes during my stay, and no response to my complaint email: appalling! I won't be booking here again 😠
