We were planning to replace our vehicle and had a fairly specific idea. Mathieu and his team welcomed us wonderfully. A warm welcome, on a personal scale, far removed from the large, impersonal dealerships that sell mass-market vehicles.
After touring the vehicles in stock and attentively listening to our needs, the perfect vehicle was found: a model that met 100% of our criteria.
Serviced, lovingly shampooed, and fitted with new tires... our new car was delivered just in time for a birthday, with a nice touch to mark the occasion.

I picked up my Kangoo yesterday and frankly, I've gotten back into work 😂 A utility vehicle with an automatic transmission should be mandatory, especially with the 1.3 TCE gasoline engine.
In short, it's a joy, with top-notch equipment worthy of the latest cars.
All I have left is the wood conversion in the back, which is planned for January.
Joffray was really professional, in addition to being very friendly and pleasant.
The dealership is really well-sized and the staff are charming.
The delivery went very well and on the scheduled date.
I won't be taking my Lexus out until the weekend, and even then! 😉
I recommend it; you can buy your vehicles with your eyes closed.

I went to this garage because it was the only one in the area that honored the Renault warranty associated with my vehicle. The service was pleasant, both at reception and with the technicians I spoke with.
My vehicle had a ventilation problem. The first surprise: the diagnostic work was at my expense, as it wasn't covered by the warranty. Fine. They then offered me a software update supposedly meant to fix the issue. I accepted, but it didn't work.
During a second appointment, they told me the air conditioning needed recharging—a service that would cost €250. The problem was: the air conditioning was working perfectly. That wasn't the issue. My problem was with the ventilation, which was randomly shutting off.
Fortunately, the garage ultimately refused to perform the recharge, citing a lack of time, which saved me an unnecessary expense. The problem was actually a sensor, unrelated to the air conditioning.
In summary, despite good customer service, I felt the diagnosis was imprecise and that unnecessary services were offered a little too hastily. Something to consider if you don't want to see your wallet empty without resolving your vehicle's problem.

The manager, who is also the owner of this store, has a very bad temper, is full of himself, and will make you come for nothing...
So save your time, don't waste yours with this one.
There are other garages very close, 5 minutes away, go there!! This note is not aimed at the mechanics, who are excellent. But overall, don't go anywhere else.
Also, be careful when signing the PRE-INVOICE!
Pay only THE INVOICE! No transparency on this subject, a pre-invoice is a bit like a quote, you sign a document that will subsequently allow the brand to add what was not written initially and therefore charge potential additional costs that you will have to pay later....
Once again, don't go anywhere else!

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
