We had been looking for a used vehicle for a long time. After several disappointments (online, other garages, etc.), Mathieu quickly found us a very good deal that suited our needs. We appreciated the quality of service at this Renault garage, the friendliness, competence, and efficiency of its manager.

I went to this garage because it was the only one in the region that covered the Renault warranty associated with my vehicle. The reception was pleasant, both from the reception desk and the technicians I spoke with.
My vehicle had a ventilation problem. My first surprise: the troubleshooting was at my expense, as it wasn't covered by the warranty. So be it. I was then offered an update that was supposed to resolve the issue. I accepted, but without success.
During a second appointment, I was told that the air conditioning needed to be recharged—a service billed at €250. The problem: the air conditioning was working perfectly. That wasn't the point. My concern was the ventilation, which kept turning off randomly.
Fortunately, the garage ultimately refused to perform this recharge due to lack of time, which saved me an unnecessary expense. The problem was actually caused by a sensor, unrelated to the air conditioning.
In summary, despite good human contact, I had the feeling that the diagnosis was approximate, and that unnecessary services were offered a little too quickly. Something to think about if you don't want to see your wallet empty without resolving your vehicle's problem.

The manager, who is also the owner of this store, has a very bad temper, is full of himself, and will make you come for nothing...
So save your time, don't waste yours with this one.
There are other garages very close, 5 minutes away, go there!! This note is not aimed at the mechanics, who are excellent. But overall, don't go anywhere else.
Also, be careful when signing the PRE-INVOICE!
Pay only THE INVOICE! No transparency on this subject, a pre-invoice is a bit like a quote, you sign a document that will subsequently allow the brand to add what was not written initially and therefore charge potential additional costs that you will have to pay later....
Once again, don't go anywhere else!

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
