I made an online reservation with 5 bikes available, and I reserved 4. I chose to pay by credit card or in-store, and to pick up the bikes at one of the 4 shops in Cap Ferret, or have them delivered. I received a confirmation email for my reservation, and on the day, I went to the address provided for the shop, but it didn't exist. I called the mobile number, and the person told me there was no shop, only a bike delivery service. My reservation wasn't processed initially, and then the person told me I had received a cancellation email... which I hadn't. The reservation system is clearly flawed.
