We had a great day out hiring four bikes and cycling them around the Lake. Lokki was very friendly and ensured that we had all of the correct supplies for the trip. We would highly recommend. Day hire for normal bikes was €25 and gravel bikes were €35.

We love CoolBicycle! What a perfect experience: lots of easy parking, easy access to the bike trail, affordable price, available gravel bikes, very friendly staff. We plan to rent bikes many more times from CoolBicycle while we are here.

We came here today with our two dogs not thinking that we would actually be able to hire a bike with a carrier for them both. We were wrong!! This extremely helpful couple sorted us out with 2 carriers, even tempting the dogs in with tasty treats. The dogs had an absolute ball considering it was their first time ever being pulled along. They got out near Annecy and swam in the lake too-so sorry for the wet blanket! Thank you so much for your excellent service

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bikes are very well maintained, comfortable with thier wide seats and look great, especially the cruisers. We hired a pair of electric cruisers and a baby trailer for a morning ride to Annecy old town. Its worth the extra cost for electric as the whole ride was a breeze and basically no effort. Access to the cycle path is easy. We also parked our car with them while we rode. Fantastic service and fast checkout.
