Four years ago, I bought a road bike from a famous American brand for €3,800. Last week, I contacted this store by phone after a simple spoke breakage rendered my bike unusable. The young man's response: "I'm currently all alone in the workshop, and what's more, we no longer carry this brand; I can't do anything for you. I recommend contacting the dealers in Tours or Blois." I was blown away! No comment...
