Bought a couple of things I needed, the service was excellent, for sure will return for the next complete revision of my bike (which this year I had already done in another shop)

Had a poor experience, went to ask for a basic help with my bike as I could not determine it myself. The person that “helped” made fun of me and laughed in my face. This is not the behavior I would expect. This is highly disrespectful, for sure I will never return.
