Culture velo Thonon, and Noa in particular, have done a fantastic job for us - not only repairing our LaPierre e-bike but doing "batttle" with Yamaha to get the motor exchanged free of charge under warrenty despite Yamaha repeatedly refusing (as the bike was 2 months out of warrenty). Such a helpful friendly team!!

I arrived from Portugal with my bike ready to ride the Route des Grandes Alpes. I rebuilt my bike and the front break was not working correctly, so I popped down to Culture Velo hoping they might be able to help. The really friendly and helpful team bled the breaks, fixed the problem and topped up my tires all in the space of a few minutes. Amazing service and I can’t recommend highly enough.

I travelled to Thonon Les Bain for a cycle event. I assembled my bike and pinched a Di2 shifter cord. Noah was able to immediately diagnose my problem and repaired within 30 minutes. Very friendly. Very professional. I encourage anyone needing assistance to use this shop.

Very friendly and trustworthy. I asked to charge my di2 as I forgot it at home and the battery was empty. They did a quick check to see if that was the issue and didn’t charge me for it at the end. In comparison to another store that I went just before that wanted to charge me 35 euros.
