Hello to the entire team, I wanted to share my immense satisfaction with the purchase of my 10-year-old daughter's new bike! We absolutely fell in love with the WOOM NOW 5 model, an absolutely beautiful and superbly equipped bike. What really made the difference was the opportunity for my daughter to test the bike before making our decision. She is absolutely delighted with her new riding companion and never leaves it! We would also like to commend the quality of the welcome, both from the sales and technical departments. Your advice was invaluable, and the bike was perfectly adjusted and ready to use as soon as we left the store. It's truly a great store that not only offers a wide selection of bikes, but also the opportunity to test them, which is a real plus! A huge thank you to the Cyclable team! I called them a minute before closing, completely distraught because of a punctured inner tube (and of course, that never happens at the right time). Not only did they agree to wait for me, but they were incredibly friendly, responsive and super helpful. They even helped me get the bike out of the car. I bought my bike from Cyclable Champigny, but after this experience, it is now this store that will be my point of reference for maintenance and accessories. Top service, thank you again!

The staff was super welcoming and agreed to repair my nephew's bike free of charge, even though it wasn't purchased in the store. I highly recommend this store; it's fantastic!
