We made an appointment to service our longtail bike that we bought 2 years ago in their store. As usual, the welcome was impeccable, with staff available and attentive. We got an appointment within a week and the person who took care of our bike service took a lot of time to explain to us what he had done and give us advice for better daily maintenance. The price of the service announced when making the appointment was that paid upon receipt of our bike. Thank you for your professionalism. We recommend 100%!

I dropped by Cyclable Maisons Alfort unannounced. The gentleman agreed to take me in exceptionally without an appointment and refurbished my bike for free. My bike is like new! The welcome was truly excellent. I will definitely return to have my bike repaired next time, and this time, I will make an appointment!
