We made an appointment to service our longtail bike that we bought 2 years ago in their store. As usual, the welcome was impeccable, with staff available and attentive. We got an appointment within a week and the person who took care of our bike service took a lot of time to explain to us what he had done and give us advice for better daily maintenance. The price of the service announced when making the appointment was that paid upon receipt of our bike. Thank you for your professionalism. We recommend 100%!

Purchased a Tenways bike. A wonderful buying experience, rarely seen in France. A big thank you. The welcome was impeccable, the staff were respectful and kind in their responses (to all questions!), and the salespeople took the time to inform you and ensure that you made the right purchase for your needs and preferences (we tested the bikes multiple times to get the best fit).
