We rented bikes for my wife and our three children and were delighted with the experience from start to finish. The welcome was particularly warm, with helpful advice and a genuine sense of service, especially since we hadn't booked in advance. The staff took the time to help us choose the right bikes for each of us, taking into account our heights and needs. The bikes were in excellent condition, well-maintained, and very pleasant to ride. The children loved the excursion, and so did we! Everything was simple, seamless, and very well organized.
