They gave us a fabulous route to cycle, a superb lunch stop recommendation and were accommodating on the one way drop off. Can HIGHLY recommend DolceVia. The cycle to and around Versailles is a MUST for everyone. We will be back to hire his bikes for a Normandy tour. Thank you Theo!

I rented a bike with Dolce via for 5 days for a 450 kms tour from Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel .
The staff is friendly and helpful . I was even lucky to do my bike tour as the first rider of a Mueller and Rieser bike .
The equipment is one of the nicest if not the nicest I had so far .
The team was also accommodating as they came to pick up the bike at my hotel which was one door next to their shop .
I really appreciated this as I needed to take a train early in the morning the day after .
One thing you need to be aware of is that if you don’t take their insurance you need to have 2500 euros on a credit card deposit . This is stated on their site but I did not pay attention to this .
Dolce via equates tip top service .
For the next times I need an ebike in Paris, I have my address .
I highly recommend this company .
