The bikes were in excellent condition – smooth, powerful, and clearly well-maintained. Everything was explained clearly before we set off, and they even provided us with water bottles which was a nice touch.
We ended up getting a bit lost and returned several hours later than planned, but the gentleman running the shop was incredibly kind and understanding. He actually met us partway down the mountain with bike lights and then personally escorted us back to make sure we got back safely.
Customer service like this is rare — truly above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this place more. 5/5 without hesitation!

The owner of the shop walked us through everything and advised us on where to go based on our interests and skill levels. Each bike came with a helmet, a bike lock, and a water all ready to go. Super warm and friendly hospitality. We grabbed a picture with the owner at the end and I cannot recommend coming here enough!

We had an amazing experience renting e-bikes from Le Bici di Eric & Paul. We walked in without reservations and got recommendations on routes around Lake Garda. We ended up deciding to bike to Lake Ledro which goes on fairly rocky terrain but had no problem as first time mountain bikers with these e-bikes. Even better than the quality of the bikes was the high level of service we received. Constantine was very friendly, generous and honest, making sure we were comfortable on our bikes and fitted correctly. He even noticed that we had one heavy backpack and lent us one to split the weight more evenly. Partway into the bike ride, we accidentally dropped one of our helmets off a cliff when taking it off. We weren’t sure what to do but called him and he biked up to where we were, bringing another helmet so that we could continue our ride. He goes above and beyond, going out of his way to help us and we had such a memorable day! We would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone in the area!!! Incredible service, great e-bikes and reasonable prices!

The e-bikes were in perfect condition—smooth, powerful, and made the ride effortless, even on uphill stretches. It was a beautiful, sunny day with fewer crowds, which made the experience even better. Riding along the lake and through the scenic roads was truly unforgettable.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
