Following the purchase of a BMW 1150 RT with 54,000 km (doubt), 200 km to pick it up at the reception, the technical inspection was not done, I trusted because the friendly store manager seemed serious and assured me that he had serviced the bike and could leave confidently. A week later, dead battery "I'll send you one during the week" (two-month warranty) received three weeks later, no more heated grips, I checked the fuse, I changed it but I noticed that the IABS relay was disconnected, I brought the bike back, 400 km, "you will get it back at the end of the week and I will repair the rear brake light at the same time (detected during the technical inspection). I got the bike back three weeks later with the brake light still not repaired, I sent you the part, I'm still waiting. In the end, no stop, supposedly a bike Overhauled, runs poorly, gap between 2500 and 3000 rpm, etc. Maybe sincere and incompetent or a bullshitter, here I am with a motorcycle that runs poorly and I know nothing about its maintenance before purchasing. Following this negative review, the manager of Moto 81 Revel contacted me to apologize for this inconvenience beyond his control, and offered me the loan of a vehicle to leave the motorcycle for a complete overhaul. I thank him for his professionalism. I just picked up my motorcycle. Living far away, Mr. Joucla delivered the motorcycle to the Castres train station. Everything was sorted and repaired (brake light), complete overhaul, the motorcycle runs very well. I am satisfied with the responsiveness of Esprit Moto 81, and I have already mentioned its professionalism.
