Very professional. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend. Excellent welcome. Very attentive. Given my situation (I borrowed a lawnmower and had a problem), I explained that I had to leave that day and depart from Auxerre. A receptionist consulted with a workshop technician and offered immediate repair, as the fault had been identified and the repair was completed quickly. Well done and thank you!
