Beautiful shop. I rented a Bianchi for a week - originally I had requested a size 59, but when I arrived, it was clearly too small. They were very helpful in arranging for a 61 instead and made the necessary arrangements for the fit. Very positive experience. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Had a rear derailleur failure on my bikepacking trip. They didn't have the right one in Stock but helped me by calling other stores until he found someone who had one. Amazing staff!

I searched everywhere for a shoot that could repair my bike with a broken spoke. Finally I found this one. Because we are on a cycling trip through the beautiful country of France they directly repaired it in 15 minutes including adjusting the bike again, so the bike runs smoothly now with costs of 15€!! THANKS A LOT!!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!
