We were a group of 6 for a guided eMTB tour of 3 days/4 nights and Guil-Ebike truly exceeded our (high) expectations! Everything was 100% and the expert guides (Cyril, Damien, Antoine) were fun, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and simply a joy to share those days with. The scenery was unbelievable, the bikes were great and we hope to come back some day for some more biking with the great bunch at Guil-Ebike! Thanks Cyril and team - all the best from the Icelanders :D

I came to this center because one of my pedal cleats broke during the trip. They speak English perfectly. The guys have been extremely kind and they have given me an incredible help to fix the situation in order to continue my ride! I hope to have the opportunity to come back soon to try your bikes, and to thank you properly. Many thanks guys for saving my trip! Highly recommended!

Very professional managed store! We approached them to rent an electric MTB and the service and consultation were outstanding! We could complete the reservation in Guillestre for grabbing the bikes on the next day in Abries. The next day the bikes were perfectly prepared and ready for taking them. I can totally recommend this shop and will rent there in future as well!

Super helpful! I came unannounced with a broken break on a tour and they were able to send me on my way in 30 minutes. They understood what was wrong with my bike (a couple of smaller problems) and were very helpful. Michel (not sure how to spell) spoke great English and saved my tour! Thank you!
