Modern tourism poses a problem: the most popular tourist destinations are overwhelmed by an unsustainable number of visitors in the long term. In Franche-Comté, we visited the Osselle region, explored the ruins of a medieval castle, cycled along the Doubs River, and above all, had an unforgettable day. I highly recommend this delightful experience...and a huge thank you to Ms. Michel. We will certainly return to discover the other destinations she offers.
