During our trip to the Bol d'Or in Le Castellet, we suffered two rear flats on the bike. We had to change the tire, and it was past noon and we were in Pézenas.
We went to Impact Moto. The shop was closed until 2:00 p.m., but one of the store employees, who saw us through the window (it was 12:15 p.m.), came to ask us what the problem was, which we explained. He offered to let us have the bike with him. He would take care of replacing the tire during his lunch break, and we would come back and pick it up when it opened at 2:00 p.m.
We went to a restaurant for lunch, and when we returned at 2:00 p.m., the bike was ready with a brand new tire.
Thank you so much for this repair outside of your working hours. It was really kind of you, and it allowed us to reach our stopover in the Var region in the evening. 👍👍👍
