We needed to rent via ferrata material there and everything went smoothly. Although we didn't need assistance in English, the employee knew how to speak English, so a bonus for anyone needing it. Thank you!!

I came in with a slash in a tubeless tyre on my road bike. As I was mid-ride I was unable to go anywhere without a new tyre fitted. The guys in the bike workshop were amazing. They fitted me in, were knowledgeable about the parts and components they were working on. They fixed me up and had me back on the road in 20 mins. (They did warn me they prefer to keep tubeless wheels for a day to confirm they’re sealed properly, but I accepted the risk as I needed the wheels to get home). This was all done for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful. I was able to finish my ride and get home. Thank you guys! I can’t recommend you enough!

Decent selection of climbing shoes and gears, lots of great brands and good quality overall.
Loads of stuff for hiking and skiing, as well as running and bicycles. Big car park.
They rent ski in Winter and e-bike in the Summer too, sweet.

Pity they do not allow dogs into the shop, and the notice on the door says for "health and safety reasons". Not being a place where people cook and eat food or a hospital, I would really like to know what sort of health and safety rules we would be breaking (an answer from the management team would be appreciated).
Given that it was a really hot day, obviously leaving the dog outside in the sun or, worse, in the car, was out of question. Bottom line?.. to all dog lovers and six legged families, go to a more dog friendly place, like Italy, for example, where dogs are welcomed everywhere!
