Rented a E-Bike for two days. Bike was amazing, everything was working in perfect conditions given me a smooth ride. Loved the bike! Very reasonable prices. In the end I had to cancel one day because of unexpected work. They understood and refund me the money. I call this great costumer care and services. Every time I come back I will go with you. Thank you again!

Can't get any better than this. The most recent road and mountain bikes, great staff offering many itineraries from one day to several (better go with a guide in that case). Ask for Romain. We rented for a week and had a blast.

Friendly and helpful people. Thank you for getting my family fitted for electric mountain bike experience this summer. We had a blast! Next time we will ride for the entire day instead of the half day. Your recommendations on which trails to go on were excellent. See you next summer!

Great bike shop in Courchevel area, had an issue with my front brake they had it fixed in 10min!! Saved my day big time!

Dreadful Experience. One adult, 2 x 13 year old girls hired 3 battery assisted bikes 2pm to 5.30pm, Sat 26th July. Chain broke on my bike near top of mountain, my fault as used gear when in turbo mode apparently!, I was never advised of this. I had to freewheel down mountain to get replacement bike delivered to me - NO APOLOGY. One of 13 year old's bike ran out of battery after 2.5 hours on steep climb. Our fault as she requested small bike apparently. I had to walk with bike until collected. Was only 52% power at outset, I assumed it would last 3.5 hours of rental. No mention of discount until I asked and reluctantly 15% given. Rude & surly and all our fault.
