Best - and as far as I know - the only organic fruitière in the area. Friendly staff. Lots of other organic and/or local products.

On October 15th, I went to buy 15 kg of Comté cheese at the Saint Maurice Crillat cheese shop (Le Chalet Bio de Saint-Mo).
A very efficient and friendly saleswoman vacuum-packed 15 pieces for me. Since our departure from Port Napoléon on October 20th for a transatlantic crossing, this Comté, a multiple gold medal winner, is still delicious and has kept perfectly well vacuum-sealed in our refrigerators. So thank you to my farmer friends who will recognize themselves... The product is fantastic! And since we'll soon be arriving on the English island of Barbados, it's reassuring to have good products from Franche-Comté. 😃😜 We're going to have another good fondue: at 27 degrees Celsius, it'll warm you up! 🤣🤣🤣

What a wonderful discovery!!! Returning from a trip to the Haut-Jura region, we stopped at this cheese dairy! The cheeses are excellent and the welcome is very friendly! Don't miss trying a small cheese called "clochette"! We bought other products for our picnic and they were all delicious! Thank you and congratulations on all your medals from the agricultural show, which recognize your expertise and hard work.

After tasting their cheese, which was excellent, I went to buy some more, and it was a revelation! I've never eaten such good cheese. Being a huge Comté fan, this was absolutely amazing. I'd never tasted a Comté like this before. I even put it on a gratin, and that was another revelation—it melted perfectly!
My mouth is still watering.
In addition, the people who welcome you are very friendly and offer excellent advice. I don't hesitate to drive an hour round trip to get my cheese; that's saying something!
A big congratulations to the cheesemaker, Alexandre, and his team for their expertise. Keep up the good work; it's wonderful.
I wholeheartedly recommend this cheese shop to all cheese lovers.

The Comté was good, but frankly, I'm not at all satisfied with the customer experience: the welcome wasn't very friendly, when we asked for a specific weight they gave us significantly more (we received 720g for 500g and 1.2kg for 1kg), and there was no check at the till: we were charged €90 because the customer's order had been left behind... (the refund was obviously issued!). And the cheese we bought didn't taste anything like the one we were given to taste! We were offered a super crystallized piece labeled "Reserve Comté," but in the end, we got a barely ripe Comté! I feel a bit ripped off, to say the least!
