With 58L of volume, a wide outline from nose to tail and generous length, it forgives everything: late paddles, slow take-offs, the mushy summer waves of the Pays Bigouden. It floats, it paddles, it catches. The rest follows.
The drawn-in tail and ample rocker keep it genuinely manoeuvrable despite its volume, you can direct it, engage it, progress on it. The reinforced 6oz epoxy construction with single stringer gives it the responsiveness of a hard board, with the safety of a foam deck.
The ideal board for a first week of surfing, a return after years out of the water, or simply for having fun without overthinking it.

How to choose your board?

The right choice depends first and foremost on your level and the conditions of the day. The waves at La Torche and across the Pays Bigouden are often soft and consistent in summer, ideal for learning or progressing.

Beginner: 60L and above
Beginner–Intermediate: 45–60L
Intermediate: 35–45L
Intermediate–Advanced: 25–35L

If you're just starting out or getting back in the water after a long break, go for volume: a longer, wider board forgives positioning mistakes and makes paddling easier. If you surf regularly and want more manoeuvrability, a shorter, lower-volume board will respond better to your intentions.
When in doubt, always go a size up, extra volume never holds a good surfer back, but its absence can ruin an entire session.
