On a bike trip from Arcachon to Hendaye we got a flat tire just after leaving Leon. We walked the bike back and the amazing Vincent not only repaired it (for 12 Euros) but he gave us a tire changing lesson free of charge and wouldn't even accept a tip as thanks. Gracious, helpful and super knowledgeable (plus his english was good enough for a whole lesson in tire changing strategy!). This place is awesome!

Had lost parts of my click/magnet pedal and no money with me. But the super kind and kompetent shop-owner helped me immediately without any questions and solved my problem in minutes so that I could go on. Thank you so much!

Very friendly and helpful staff, prices for renting and service are very fair and well worth the value. English speaking service available. You can even rent a doggy trailer there. Thank you!

Great bike rental shop. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and always have a smile. We told the rental agent about our route and were looking for very good quality hybrid bikes, but he immediately warned us that our route wasn't suitable for the bikes we wanted to rent. I highly recommend it! :)
