Had some teething problems on the gears of a brand new bike. Dropped in to the cycle shop and the guys tinkered with it in the spot and rectified the problem. Top class service!!!

Perfect for spending a day on the bike. The eBikes rented gave complete satisfaction and the LongTail of which I was the first to rent is a great bike for transporting children (up to 2). Powerful, well-designed bike. Small note: the only thing missing on the bikes is a rear-view mirror to complete the whole thing. Very friendly team!
