I bought the bike online, I am a fan of the brand. The bike is great, the staff at store was pleasant. BUT the tracking from the purchase to the availability in store is really really bad. Well it does not exist. After serval calls where nobody is aware of your oder, you receive an sms to collect your bike. We have a better tracking information(is the bike ready to ship ? it is shipped ? is it arrived at the store ? ) when we purchase a $2 item on amazon, please improve that ! Happy to share more on my experience to help you to do so.
