We used 2 bikes on Semnoz to ride the different routes there, was really really good. Nice rides and the bikes where excellent!!! We had a lot of fun !!

While visiting Annecy I had an issue with my road bike. The guys in the shop were very helpful. Despite a very busy schedule the took time to diagnose the issue and fix it there a then. The also spotted a play in my headset with suggestions to fix when I got home to Ireland. Their attention to detail and expertise is rare to find. If I had time I would have left my bike there for a full service / overhaul. I would highly recommend them.

I needed two bolts for my ebike. The lady and Gent who served me were very helpful. The found the two bolts I needed and refused to take any payment for them. - Highly recommended. (They also spoke English)
