we went shopping yesterday and used the scanning system,we went to pay only to join a queue of 8 trolleys going back up the isle.unfortunately nobody thought about it being Christmas and lots of people would be getting their food and only one till was in use.it took a long time for anybody to think about sorting this out and I was close to pushing my trolley to one side and just leaving.management should think about making sure customers are offered a good service rather than expecting people to queue for about 30 minutes.
