The Cargo: The electric tricycle is a bike made of 2 wheels at the front, on each side of its large wooden box, and one wheel at the rear. It can carry up to 100 kg of goods and 4 children! It is especially appreciated for transporting heavy loads. In the Netherlands and Denmark, it has already won over many families who use it daily for shopping or taking the children to school. Designed with electric assistance, biking now requires very little physical effort and allows you to travel longer distances. Fast and maneuverable like a classic bike, you’ll have no trouble getting around with a tricycle. Moreover, the box at the front is the same width as the handlebars, making it easy to maneuver through urban traffic. For added comfort, a bench is provided in the box to seat children during trips. The new Babboe tricycles feature a beechwood box (PEFC certified: European label for the promotion of sustainable forest management) from Germany, curved for added strength. The corners are rounded for the safety of the children. Boarding the children is easy with two mouse-shaped openings on each side of the box, allowing them to place their foot and climb in. The frame is extremely durable, coated with a shockproof powder, and the interior has been treated with water to prevent rust.
