I was able to drop by unannounced today and reserve a bike. Emmanuel, who helped me, was very pleasant and guided me in choosing the right bike. I had a lovely day cycling around Orléans. I'll definitely do it again!

Firstly the good, the bikes were great, simple solid but lightweight driving over most Loire paths/roads. I disliked that I had chosen this place because they advertised a shop in Orleans and I felt that is needed for pick-up in case of issues with the fine tuning... but actually there is no shop, you pick up from a bike-station and as expected there were missing items from our rental so we lost quite a few hours. Also as a suggestion I would find practical if the bikes had a drinking bottle holder, seems cheap and standard when you got for a long tour.

I absolutely do not recommend.
Very poorly organized bike collection. The store in Orleans was closed, even though we were told on the phone that the store was open that morning. We had to rush to pick up the bikes at the Tourist Office, which closed at noon and where no one knew anything. There was no information about the trailer, no helmet, or repair equipment.
Furthermore, we rented three bikes, but there was no pump or spare inner tube, just one small repair kit that didn't work when we got a flat tire. This is a serious safety issue (thankfully, we were helped out).
The only positive point was that the person on the phone was very nice, but they couldn't help us much because they were based in Blois.
