Very friendly and flexible welcome. The rate is a little expensive, but I have nothing negative to say about the service offered. However, I'm surprised that there aren't any rental points directly at the train station or in the city center. It's inconvenient to only have the options of booking a delivery 24 hours in advance or having to travel to the store, which is far from the center. It would be in the city's best interest to encourage car-free tourism by offering rentals directly at the train station. This would be a good way to replace the city's abandoned bike-sharing program.
