The gentleman looked at my bike immediately, quickly diagnosed a broken part, and although he did not have the replacement in stock, he helped me locate a nearby retailer that did.
He kindly kept my bike at the shop while I went to collect the part and then fitted everything perfectly once I returned. Thanks to his help, I was able to continue my trip and keep some key rides on my itinerary.

Here you get a really good service at a reasonable price. I was on a cycling holiday and still had to cycle a long way.
I had the rear tire, chain and rear sprocket replaced, even though the mechanic was very busy.
