We rented three mountain bikes from this shop, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The person who assisted us (likely the owner) seemed distracted and didn’t check the bikes or lights before handing them over. He even suggested we take city bikes instead of mountain bikes—despite the fact that the island we visited had rough and challenging terrain.
Fortunately, we kept the mountain bikes, but soon realized that the brakes and lights were not working properly, which made the ride unsafe and frustrating.
Over the phone, we were promised a full refund due to these issues, but in the end, only a small discount was offered. The bikes were of poor quality, and the overall service felt careless and somewhat unprofessional. We would not return and cannot recommend this rental shop unfortunately.

A disaster! The opening hours of the shop that you see online do not match the real opening hours. Online it says 10:00-18:00, however, we stood in front of closed doors at (1:30pm) with the French notice on the door "Customer acceptance takes place in the shop next door". However, this shop is also not permanently open between 10:00-18:00. So at 1:30pm we were standing in front of closed doors at both shops. Unbelievable!
