We went to this shop in the early afternoon to rent two mountain bikes. First of all, the welcome was nonexistent. When we asked about the bikes, we were met with a blank stare. I quote, "Mountain bikes now? Why not go skiing instead?" All this because it wasn't the ideal season for mountain biking. He did mention that he had two mountain bikes in stock, but showed absolutely no interest in renting them to us. How do they make a living? Are you in Laruns looking for mountain bikes? Or ski rentals?

If I could have given zero stars, I would have! The staff were incredibly rude to customers, bordering on aggressive. The equipment was mediocre for the price. We even had to get our son's skis readjusted at the resort! Next year we'll rent from the resort itself, where the price is much better!

A gas delivery driver came to refill his tank. He was treated like dirt by the store owner.
Given the reviews this establishment has received, this man should seriously reconsider his behavior.
