As you can see in their website, the array of cycling services they provide is quite wide. I had two issues. They offered me a complementary helmet and toolkit, which was very nice of them. When I arrived at my hotel I realized I had no lock, so I had to return. The second one, the lights weren't connected. I was riding on the road at night. Fortunately I had my own light set. They connected the lights the next morning. On a side note to the managers, I would suggest a more compact pump for the toolkit. This would make the whole set really practical. Extra good on their side, I had rented a bike for my mom who is quite active but has some sight and hearing issues. She tried it and decided she did not want it. They refunded the lease, I didn't even ask for that. I have to give them 5 stars. Otherwise I would say 4.

Great bike shop - many very good bike options, very friendly and helpful staff and lots of suggestions for different rides and places to visit. We had a terrific day out - riding to Strasbourg on the canal, which is very picturesque. Then visited the cathedral, old town, European Parliament and had an excellent lunch before riding back to Mutzig. Generally flat terrain, well signposted tracks. The stand out though was the happy and professional assistance we had from trace verte. Thank you

We hired bicycles (from Jean-Pierre?) in Mutzig and we rode to Strasbourg and back on bitumen bike trails the whole way. The shop has many types of bikes for sale and for rent; road bikes, flat bars, hybrids, mountain bikes - both conventional and also electric versions for sale and for rent. Their pricing is very very competitive. The quality of their bikes are top-notch. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Merci beaucoup! You can hire for one day or many days. They gave us instructions and information for various tours by bike. The staff make sure you have all the necessary equipment for your ride. We highly recommend Trace Verte in Mutzig and their sister store La Maison du Velo in Strasbourg.
